[Koha] catalog updating issues

Every day or two (and whenever items are added to the collection), I have
to run the "rebuild_zebra.pl" script to get the catalog to update. After I
run the rebuild script, things will run fine for a day or
two...then...searching the catalog will stop working.

Any ideas on where to start on this ?
