[Koha] item types,branchn ames, ...etc bilingual

Hello all,
In koha 3.22.x release notes it's said that itemtypes, branchnames,
authorisedvalues
...etc will have descriptions for other languages to be bilingual, But we
didn't find this option except for item types only.

 Is this option available for (branchnames, authorisedvalues, ...etc)??.
