[Koha] Koha Sip integration problem.

Oh version problem.. In Koha on the machine hosting sip can connect.  We
found SIP server's koha version is 3.22 .... Our  database server's koha
version 3.18 ... So we change SIP to 3.18 and reinstall SIP server's koha
codes... thanks..
