While installing koha through command methods the error shall accrue while i am am quite sure that you did not installs koha through command and you using some products of commercial software company etc. There are so many restriction on these DVDs and they could not allow you to installs any other software and also they make these restriction to contact the company if any one use there products. 

 The live DVD methods is not recommended any more the vendors attract clients and there are many bugs in these DVDs. So try to install the koha through recommended methods and the methods of Live DVD is absolutely out of date.

If you need any help regarding the installation and configuration of server and koha than we will help in this regards
