[Koha] Using z39.50 and http svc API do update biblios.

Hi,

in order to be able to help you it would be good to know which 
instructions you followed, how you configured MARCEdit and which version 
of Koha you are using.

I have recently tried the feature for adding records from MARCEdit with 
Koha 16.11 and it seemed to work ok.
