[Koha] ldap authentication in Koha 16.11 become broken when enabling plack

Hello Mohammed,

I did not test the ldap authentication under plack but reading the code of
C4/Auth_with_ldap.pm I confirm that it's not plack compatible.

Please open a new bug report and mark it as a blocker of bug 7172.
