[Koha] How to import LC Subject Headings

Dear Friends,
I am trying import subject headings from LC,
http://id.loc.gov/download/

Files available in following formats, nt, rdf, ttl.
Koha support marc format to import.

I failed to convert above mentioned files to marc format.
May I know how to import LC authority files to Koha?
