[Koha] rebuild index

when i tried  to run the  env KOHA_CONF=/etc/koha/koha-conf.xml
PERL5LIB=/usr/share/koha/lib /usr/share/koha/bin/migration_tools/
rebuild_zebra.pl -b -r -v

it give me error
