[Koha] Koha ILS authorites module missing interface

Hi! On a test server Debian and Koha 3.20, in the Edit/Add authorities
module, the interface does not show, please see below:

It's just so weird why I'm getting this. I have another test server with
same specifications but it's working fine, can somebody lead me to where the
weirdness is coming from? :P Thanks and cheers!
