It is possible for rebuild_zebra.pl to be run in a mode where it uses
the marc column rather than the marcxml column when indexing bibs, so
to avoid the possibility of discrepancies in indexing, you should
update the marc column after making changes to the MARCXML.

To do this, use the misc/maintenance/touch_all_biblios.pl command-line utility.
