There are almost certainly unfixed security issues in that version. So
it may well be broken, just not in a way you can see.

rebuild_nozebra is in some ways the opposite of doing a zebra rebuild :)

You want rebuild_zebra.pl, unless you're specifically using NoZebra,
which is not recommended and no longer exists in newer versions.
