[Koha] Facets wrong Refine search - bug?

Hi,
I add two records - where in first record author is: Test. ; second record
Author is: test aax 
When search author - "test" I got 2 result this is correct (  1.png
<http://koha.1045719.n5.nabble.com/file/n5823959/1.png>   )
but when i refine search to Author - Test. ( 2.png
<http://koha.1045719.n5.nabble.com/file/n5823959/2.png>   ) i got the same
result 
without refine.
