[Koha] Hide withdrawn items in Koha OPAC

OpacHiddenItems in OPAC preferences will control that

There's also a setting hidelostitems - if you tag them as lost

Or under cataloging preferences ->Display hide-marc, you can hide items
marked as suppressed from OPAC search results. This would hide the entire
bib record, not just individual items, and you have to manually set it in
the record.
