[Koha] Can't add items on Koha 3.18.03 built from .tar

Koha's Perl scripts and libraries are exactly the same. The only difference
could be environmental: Perl version, dependencies versions.

Have you ran ./koha_perl_deps.pl -m -y -c ?
What distro/release are yo using?
