[Koha] OPAC OpacMainUserBlock error

hi all,
 i tried to edit *OpacMainUserBlock*  for adding New arrivals of books with
their image.  after saving this is wot i got

all the things @ OPAC nav bar and Opac bottom Nav was in a disordered
manner, opac nav went downwards.
* what could be reason ??*
