[Koha] Enquiry: people still using GRS-1

As many of you noticed, GRS-1 support was dropped with the Koha 3.18
release. It has no longer been maintained since July 2014. The current
supported indexing mode is DOM. It has been the default dince 3.12 so most
of you should be using DOM without noticing.

As the release team is on the process of removing it from Koha's code as
part of a maintenance cleanup, it is important that those who still rely on
GRS-1 and haven't switched to DOM yet, tell us of any feature loss that DOM
would mean for you.

If you don't know what DOM or GRS-1 is, and are using newer Koha, then
don't worry about this message.
