[Koha] Posting Troubleshooting Questions on Mailing Lists

I make an effort to include the Koha version (and know where to find it)
But as the non technical half of the team, I'm not so sure I could tell you
what the install method is.
It is often the librarians who discover the problem in their day to day
working. If you ask for this information, please let us know where to find
it.
