[Koha] Creating OPAC pages with Koha 3.16.xxx

Greetings,

Um... why not put the links in the corresponding OPAC system preferences 
like OpacNav or similar?
Then you can upload the page into an appropriate location.
Configuring as a CMS seems like more work that you need to do.

I was interested in creating new OPAC pages in Koha (for example, an FAQ or

configured to run like a CMS:
