[Koha] Can't view 'Holds' from the patron details view

Thank you Katrin!   In the meantime, I had created a symbolic link from
'holds' to 'holds.pl' in that directory which also resolved the issue at
least temporarily.   Now I'll go make the change to the code that is
referenced in the bug instead.   Thanks again!
