[Koha] Call for Manual Help

Hi Nicole,

How may I help?

You'll need to explain some specifics what needs to be done (to a first
timer).

I can follow your instructions, get something done, and then add a page in
Wiki later and describe how it's done.

At the moment, I think the wiki does not have much info about how to help
with the manual.
