[Koha] possible bug in print summary

In Koha 3.16.3 and 3.16.4 running in a Debian server, installed through Debian package. The 'Print Summary' in Circulation does not include the check out books, where in 3.16.1 and probably 3.16.2, it shows the list of checked out items. I have a Koha ILS in 3.16.1 wherein it's shown. In 3.16.3 and 3.16.4, it does not show. When I updated 3.16.1 to 3.16.4, alas, it does not show. Could this be a bug? Thanks and cheers!
