[Koha] Koha news not showing

We talked on IRC, but I'll post here too in case others are seeing this today:

Bug 12507 - News does not always display in staff or OPAC

This bug (which is now fixed in master) causes news to disappear on
the last day of the month. Hopefully news will reappear tomorrow!
