[Koha] (Hour) Fine charging interval..

Go to Admin-system preferences-check in policy  it's the first one "calculate fines on return"  
Checkin Policy
Preference	Value
BlockReturnOfWithdrawnItems 	returning of items that have been withdrawn.
CalculateFinesOnReturn 	calculate and update overdue charges when an item is returned.
NOTE If you are doing hourly loans then you should have this on

We want to set fine circulation fine rule that charge "hourly". How can I set this in *Circulation fine rules *under *Fine charging interval?*

Is it stated very clear under the link below how to set it in a daily basis however, it did not discussed further how to do it on a hourly setting.
