[Koha] Koha 3.16.0 released

Updated using packages from 3.14.6 to 3.16.0 under Squeeze. All  
appeared to go well using apt-get dist-upgrade, but I am now offline.

I would appreciate pointers to a relevant tutorial, if not direct  
instructions.
