Here's a summary of the main announcements:

* 3.16 beta is available for testing
* Two of the BibLibre sandboxes are reserved for testing the beta -
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Sandboxes
* General release of 3.16.0 will occur on 22 May
* The master branch is in string freeze
* 3.8.x and 3.10.x are expected to go out of support upon the release
of 3.16.0 as no release maintainers have expressed interest in keeping
them going
* Jonathan Druart has put together a tool for searching submitted
patches - http://splitter.koha-community.org/
* More updates regarding KohaCon14 will be coming soon
* The call for site proposals for KohaCon15 will be issued soon
