In KOHA marc import page (web) (after uploading file in "character encoding" section) there is no ISO 5427 option. We tried other character encoding options. But we encountered weird characters on the screen. Is there any way to add ISO 5427 option to character encoding section.

Not easily. Can you convert the exported file to ISO 10646 encoded in
UTF-8? The yaz-iconv tool may help.
