[Koha] Admin patrons are denied access to admin interface

Hi Bernardo,

indeed by granting the "catalogue View Catalog (Librarian Interface)"
permission now she has access.
I thought that "Staff" meant a group with some special permission, already
granted by default, more than normal users

I guess I have to grant permissions to the group Staff  manually by myself
or to choose a group with higher privileges.
