[Koha] Tracing cataloguer in KOHA staff client

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask.
We are sharing KOHA within our office around the world and decided to use the non-public note to leave initials of the cataloguer. It seems not work as people forget to leave their initials.
 What we would like to know if there is a system generated  way to track the last person who managed/changed a record.
