Thanks to Kristina for providing me the files. I've uploaded all of them
to archive.org:

I've taken the liberty of telling archive.org that they are under the
CC-BY-SA license, as that's the one that most closely matches Koha
(being under the GPL) itself. Please let me know if anyone has any
issues with this, or if they'd rather their talk wasn't there. Or if you
see any typos in the metadata.
