[Koha] Overdue email configuration

I did have an issue with Round Cube being unable to send emails and had to get the ISP provider to open up the port for this program.  I will also look at the Koha configurations to see if I can find anything.   Thanks for replying.

      I want to point out that this could also be a restriction of your
      mail server which may refuse to relay emails from your new server.

      

      Otherwise, Koha uses sendmail to send email. The MTA (mail
      transfer agent) to configure is usually postfix or exim4.

I was notified that the patrons are not getting their overdue notices via email, so there has to be some residual presence of the old ip address which of course is not working.  Does anyone know where the outgoing email configuation for overdue books would be set for koha.  We are running a very old version of Koha 3.0.
