Hello John and Happy Holidays!

Bibs in reservoir is the collection of all the bibliographical records that can be indexed, records in the reservoir may have been indexed by Zebra (the indexing engine used by Koha) or may be waiting to be indexed. Do you have any specific questions about this?

It would be helpful if you could provide us more information about your Koha version, OS version, and whether your install is from Debian packages or complied from source in future emails.
