[Koha] Koha on virtual machine?

I don't know about running it from a MAC ??
But...
I've run our koha install for an elementary library (
http://koha.almaschools.net/) as a VM off an ESXi box for two/three years
now...no issues at all, very low usage.
VM is a Debian install w/512 meg RAM allocated.....  :-)   runs like a
champ.
