[Koha] Change in behavior of Stage Marc Records from 3.8 to 3.10

I've also experienced this starting 3.10. And then with 3.12 This was on my
pending list of concerns in Koha until I saw this post, I might miss out on
something. So, uh.. I second the motion on this. Cheers! :)
