[Koha] Regional Conferences

        I would assume strong enough interest to warrant a regional conference in Nigeria. Africa had a strong presence in India. It would be nice if an African Conference were not timed on top of the International Conference, and I'd counsel whoever is organising it to watch out for other big Conferences like IFLA or your local association's national conference.
