Hi Peter,

You can configure the departments in More -> Administration, Authorized
values, then select DEPARTMENT from the list of values.

If you do not have that Authorized value category, you may need to
create it. I believe, however, it is installed by default with a new
database, and added to existing databases on upgrade.
