[Koha] Add fileds in Z39.50 results mask

Hi, Andrea:
in my opinion, fields shown are hardcoded in .../intranet/htdocs/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/cataloguing/z3950_search.tt.
Year of publication is shown as Date.
