[Koha] Patron Category Type error

Dear all,

When adding a new patron category, the "Category Type" dropdown list remain
stuck on "General patron types" (in the Global System Preference > Patrons >
AddPatronLists) when I have selected "Specific categories".  Furthermore, an
error message appeared when Save:

Object doesn't support this property or method.
Categorie.pl / Line:247
Code:0 / Char:17

Does anyone know how to solve this problem.  I'm running 3.12
