[Koha] koha 3.10.4 and z39.50 problem

Is this a new problem? What Z39.50 server are you using? Are you behind
a firewall? Are you searching Library of Congress and are you aware that
it's possibly down? Have you tried any other Z39.50 searches? Do they
work?

The log messages you see aren't related, they're just warnings about
some old code.
