[Koha] Koha Digest, Vol 91, Issue 11

Hi all.

We are using koha-3.2.1. After write off and paid fine of a patron
who has overdue shows "Patron has had overdue items and is blocked for 139
day(s)"
when i try to cheek out a book for that patron.* *
