A blast from the past (I'm looking right now at the shelf in our IT room 
with the three volumes of Patrick Volkerding's "Linux", 4th ed., 1998, 
written for Slackware 3.5 -- I used to consider it the "bible".)

In any case the file you need (Business-ISBN-2.05_03.tar.gz) is available 
at <http://ftp.slackware.com/pub/CPAN/authors/id/BDFOY/>. It's the same 
version as used by Koha 3.8.
