[Koha] Holdings detail for received serials

Hi Paul,

We are running 3.12 and using Google Chrome as the browser.  

I have just checked item details in MARC.  They look fine and without the
duplicated details (i.e. -- No. 354 (May 2013) (2013-07-01)).
