[Koha] Koha Cataloguing Error

Yes, its 3.0. i am a novice to koha so just had access to the 3.0. i know it is an old version. Just hoping to be able to set it up well on a test server before upgrading. Any idea on the bug.

one question...are you using really koha 3.0?.. it is a quite old version... why not instal the latest version?
