[Koha] Koha Cataloguing Error

Hello Hugo,
I did as you advised,created new database schema etc. I am testing with the default framework. I am now pass the previous error but i get this fatal error. Any help in resolving this will be appreciated. Thank you

The it seems something related the framework.. 

1. try to use for example de default framework and check if it works.... 
2. If it works.. here you have the problem..
2.1 If it not works, I suggest to create a new database, for example koha2 , condigure /etc/koha-conf.xml and go to web installer to install a new database koha schema....

Hugo, Yes it is a new install and i created my own framework. I havent catalogued there yet!
