[Koha] Patron Modification log problem

Hello,
I am using KOHA 3.10. I am facing a problem in 'Modification log' option
under Patron infomration.
The Modification Log shows me when changes were made to the patron record.
But in 'Info' column, it shows wrong barcode where every column shows exact
information. Please someone help me.
