[Koha] Empty table result when search z39.50

 If you are doing a z39.50 search in Koha  and trying to search the Library
of Congress, you may want to look at this:
http://bywatersolutions.com/2013/01/28/change-in-library-of-congress-z39-50-target/

They changed their z39.50 server address.
