[Koha] problem with bulk imported data

Hi,

in bulk import of data, i have used the tags *942$c and 952$y* for Item
Type,

 but they not displayed in staff client and opac search. 

in edit items screen, selected the *Item Type* as *Books* from the drop down
list and saved. 

then the values automatically displayed in staff client and opac search.

please see the screen shots.

any help............
