[Koha] No results found, suggestions - Koha 3.14 OPAC

I tried searching system preferences for 'did you mean' and 'didyoumean' -
it wasn't found.  I looked through the Administration preferences, and the
OPAC preferences with no luck.
 The test system is running 3.14.00  beta
