[Koha] "Check-Box Missing": Serial > Claims

Hi

Check Boxes are missing in Serial > Claims > Late selections list .
So I cannot export item more than one vendor.

 But Manual shows there are check box to do  the selction URL:
http://manual.koha-community.org/3.4/en/serialclaims.html

Koha  Version : 3.12.01.00
Please help me ,Thanks in advance
