[Koha] Koha search by libraries grouped

Will it be possible for Koha ILS to group libraries, say I have geo-political
region, I group libraries in the region, and then make that region
searchable and still would be able to search separately by location of the
region in the library dropdown in Koha's opac. Will that be possible? Thanks
