[Koha] Web Installer Error

You entered the database name, user and password when running

perl Makefile.PL it is trying to use that, the web installer doesn't
need to ask, you already told it.

But it does need you to set up that user and db. 
Check your koha-conf.xml if you can't remember what password and user
you told it to use.
